Local Pickup Only

– Las Vegas Worm Farm operates as a local pickup-only business.
– We do not ship or deliver products unless explicitly stated.
– All orders must be picked up during posted pickup days and times.
– By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing for local pickup.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the living and biological nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns on:

  • Worms
  • Compost
  • Castings
  • Extracts
  • Soil products
  • Tools or physical items
  • Digital products
  • Consultations or services

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Missed Pickup / Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled pickup:

  • You may reschedule for a future pickup date.
  • Orders will be held as store credit.
  • No refunds will be issued.

Store credit does not expire.

Payment Processing Fees

All transactions are subject to third-party payment processing fees.
These fees are non-refundable.

Digital Products & Services

All digital products, downloadable materials, and consultation services are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled.
