Biological Soil Testings

Biological Soil Testing

The only way to really know what’s going on in your medium is to get a biological soil testing done.

What we do is take your sample, run it under our microscope and provide you with a biological assessment of its health. This process is called microscopy and we look at fungi, bacteria, nematodes, protozoa, and their ratios.

Without the right living organisms to cycle nutrients in your soil your plants will suffer and not grow to their full potential.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provided an analysis on living organisms in the sample you provide. It identifies quantity or biomass of specific groups of organisms like bacteria, protozoa, nematodes, and fungi.

The assessments we provide are for living organisms and do not provide a chemical breakdown of the sample.

This often depends on when your goals are, but usually its best to get an initial assessment and then a follow on assessment after adjustments have been made to the growing media.
